We understand that buying a luxury timepiece sight unseen can be a big decision. For this reason, we offer a RISK FREE 5 day inspection and return period. The period begins upon receipt of the timepiece and gives you ample time to have your watch authenticated locally if you choose. If the watch is not as pictured and/or described then simply return the item for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, all refunds will be issued minus our shipping costs ($40 per watch).

Our Return Policy exists to let you know that we are reputable business people. However, please understand that it costs us a lot of time and money to process orders. We don't ship watches across the country for people to try on. We encourage you to go to your local brick and mortar watch dealer to try on different models and figure out exactly what you want and then come to us for the best prices in the United States.

Return Exemptions:

1) Watches in our "Unworn" section are only eligible for exchange.

2) Watches purchased in person in our showroom are not eligible for return (unless of course the watch is found to be not as described etc.). We do however offer a 15 day exchange policy on these watches.

3) Black PVD/DLC watches are not eligible for return.

The Lifetime Guarantee on Authenticity overrules the 5 day Inspection period - Your timepiece is guaranteed to be a Genuine Rolex for the life of your watch; this excludes any mentioned custom parts such as dials and/or bezels. If at any time during your ownership your timepiece is found to be NOT authentic (excludes mentioned custom parts), you can return it for a full refund. All of our timepieces contain the original manufacturer serial and models numbers. These numbers are listed on the warranty card and appraisal that accompany each watch and these numbers are also registered within our system should any issue ever arise.

If for whatever reason you receive your item and would prefer another model or a different configuration of the same model then feel free to contact us so that we can perform the exchange for you. We will gladly exchange your timepiece within 15 days from when the item was purchased. Our goal is to provide a great experience to create a returning, satisfied customer.

The Return or Exchange Process begins by phoning our customer care line and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization Code (RMA). The item being returned must be in unworn and unused condition exactly as received. Please do not wear, remove seals, adjust sizing or lose any documentation of the timepiece as this will void our return policy. When an item is being returned, please make sure to insure it for its full value as we are not liable for damaged or lost shipments sent back to our offices.
